One work sample will be collected each learning period. Each semester this must include a work sample for each subject listed on the ISA.
High School
At least one work sample will be collected each learning period after reviewing the student’s body of work. During LP2 and LP7 a work sample will be collected from each of the high school courses listed in the student’s Independent Study Agreement (ISA), thus creating a complete work sample packet.
Formatting
● Student’s first and last name and the date (including the month and year).
● If the sample is handwritten, student’s name and date should also be handwritten (by the student if possible)
● If the sample is typed, it is ok for the student’s name and date to be typed as well
● Subject of the sample
● Photo work samples must use a Photo Work Sample Template shown below.
