Student Tech FAQs
How do I qualify for ordering technology?
Once you sign your student’s Master Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy, you will be added to our school’s ordering system (within 24 hours of school approval). Then you can place an order for technology.
How long does it take to process a tech order?
Once the order is submitted and approved by your HST, the order is processed and sent to our tech department to be fulfilled. Orders are usually ready with 2-3 business days.
How do I receive my student’s technology?
Here’s what to expect and next steps for pickup:
1. The Cottonwood Tech Team will send you an rsvp form so you can choose when and where you’d like to pick up your tech order, i.e., a park day, the Lending Library, etc. (please allow a few business days after your order is processed in Procurify to receive this rsvp)
2. Once you’ve completed your rsvp form, 7th Dimension will reach out to you to schedule the pick-up
Have questions? Feel free to reach out to your HST for support.
How do I log in to a school computer?

How do I order toner or ink for a printer?
Supplies can be ordered through our ordering system using Amazon Punchout.
Are there restrictions on how students can use their devices?
Yes, the Cottonwood School has an Acceptable Use Policy that all students must sign. An acceptable use policy (AUP) is a document stipulating constraints and practices that a user must agree to for access to a cooperative network, the internet or other resources. Many businesses and educational institutions require employees or students to sign an AUP before being granted network access. An AUP states what a user can and cannot do when using computers and computing resources. This applies whether the organization provides the device or it is a personal device that the user provides.
