Signing in To Email, Clever, Canvas, or Edgenuity
My student can’t get signed in to their school-issued email account.
Please use these directions to guide you through the process. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact your HST.
My student can’t get logged in to Clever.
Many of the issues students are having with logging into Clever are resolved when the student authenticates their email account. Please use these directions to set up your TCS email. If you are still having difficulties getting logged into Clever, please reach out to your HST for help or join us for Office Hours (see below).
My student is logged in to Clever but doesn’t see the Canvas tile.
All students have had Canvas added to their Clever account. If you don’t see the Canvas tile, try scrolling all the way down to the bottom of your screen or clicking on the teacher home page. The Canvas tile looks like this:
My student doesn’t know how to log in to Edgenuity.

Course Missing From Canvas or Edgenuity
My student is logged in to Canvas, but doesn’t see an invitation to accept their course.

I don’t see the link to Edgenuity on the homepage of my course in Canvas.
Students can log in directly to Edgenuity here.
One of my courses in Edgenuity is missing.
- If your student is still missing from an Edgenuity course, you can use this form to let us know.
- Courses that use Edgenuity are: All Flex courses, All Connect courses except Student Leadership, Spanish I & II, and Digital Art I, and Junior High Math Foundations, Pre-Algebra, and Algebra as well as 8th grade Language Arts. If the course you are taking is not on this list, you will not receive access to Edgenuity for that course.
