Who corrects student work?
All work is corrected/graded by iLead’s course facilitator who will award the final course grade.
Key Accessibility Features
- Based on the needs of students on a case-by-case basis. Check with the class facilitator.
- Students move at their own pace- iLead does not require real-time class meetings but offers them and HSTs should encourage their students to attend as this is where the facilitator offers instruction on the most common mistakes made in the course, or they may play an educational game related to the course, etc.
- Academic coaching- Students are assigned one-to-one academic coaches (an extra layer of support above and beyond the instructor). Students reach out to them when they need guidance (faster than the instructor).
- Increased communication- iLead instructors are required to contact all learners/parents/HSTs whenever a learner is falling behind and/or in danger of failing.
- Students have access to iLEAD activities and workshops, tutoring, science labs, etc.
